      • We will accept any order over the phone as long as it is paid in full or a deposit is put on the order with a valid credit card.

      • We will accept orders by fax as long as they are either sent with payment information or followed up with phone call.

    • Orders will be assessed and calculated through our request form and then be followed up with a direct phone call.
  • Order Deposits
    • No deposit is required on regular stock or used items unless requested to be held. However, a 50% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of order for all specialty and custom products.

  • Used Items Orders
    • Used items that are not sold as is may require 5 – 7 business days to be cleaned and gone over for repairs.
  • New and Used Gondola Shelving Orders
    • Gondola shelving orders require time to be ordered and manufactured if new or time to be pulled out of warehouse stock if used. All orders require a 50% deposit due when order is placed and lead time varies depending on order size. (Note: Customer cannot show up at Ideal Store Fixtures to pick up and buy gondola shelving same-day)
- Merchandise Hold Program
  • As an added service to our customers we will hold any fixtures or products with a 50% deposit for 30 days. Items left after 30 days without prior approval from Ideal staff will forfeit the deposit.
- Returns
  • Returns must be in the original carton and in new condition determined by Ideal Store Fixtures staff. You must also have a copy of your receipt at the time of return. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. All special orders and non-stock items are not returnable. Gondola shelving is subject to a 25% restocking fee which is assessed at a $75.00 minimum. There will be no returns on any item after 30 days.
- Message to Our Customers
  • It is very important to inspect all freight for damages, for it is the carrier’s responsibility and it must be reported to them by the receiving party at once.
    • UPS Damages: If you discover any damage after opening your package call UPS for their inspection. Save all packaging materials. Please do not return to Ideal Store Fixtures.
    • Common Carrier: It is important to inspect all cartons upon delivery. If a carton is visibly damaged upon delivery, indicate the damage when signing the Bill of Lading. Be sure the driver signs both copies of the Bill of Lading. The customer can then file a claim with the carrier.
    • Concealed damage: If you discover any damage after opening a package, please call the carrier immediately for the inspection of the damage. Please save all packing materials.
- Back Orders
  • Any item not in stock at the time of shipment customer will be notified and the item will be shipped as soon as the merchandise is available. Separate shipping charges will be billed for each shipment.
